Süpamanager® is a registered trademark of Süpamanager Ltd.
 All content, including game mechanics, design, artwork, text, logos, and packaging, is protected by UK and international copyright law.
 No part of the game may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited in any form without the prior written consent of Süpamanager Ltd.
 

2. Purchasing & Online Access Süpamanager® is available for online purchase only, via [BuySupa.com].
 Upon purchase, users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
 Commercial use, rental, resale, or public performance of the game without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
 

3. Gameplay Disclaimer & Dispute Waiver No Liability for Gameplay Outcomes:
Süpamanager Ltd accepts no responsibility for interpersonal disputes, disagreements, or emotional stress caused during gameplay. Any game scenarios or content are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.
 Dispute Waiver:
By using the game, you agree not to hold Süpamanager Ltd liable for any claims arising from your use of the game, including but not limited to emotional distress, personal disagreements, or misinterpretation of game scenarios.
 Binding Resolution Clause:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the game itself shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
 

4. Prohibition of AI Use & Data Mining The use of any Süpamanager® materials—physical or digital—for the purposes of training, refining, seeding, or prompting any AI model, algorithm, or dataset is strictly prohibited.
 This includes, without limitation: Uploading game content to AI tools or APIs
 Scraping or scanning game rules or text
 Using gameplay data for machine learning or data analysis
 Breaches of this clause may result in legal action under UK intellectual property and data protection law, including injunctive relief and claims for damages.
 

5. Amendments to Terms Süpamanager Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 

6. Privacy and Data Use We do not collect personal data from the physical board game. If you access our website or digital content, our Privacy Policy [see below] outlines how any data you provide will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. No. At this time, Süpamanager® is not licensed for third-party distribution, resale, or adaptation. 

Can I create fan versions or expansions? 

Unofficial or fan-made content is not authorised unless expressly approved by Süpamanager Ltd. Creating and sharing unlicensed derivative works is a violation of our copyright and trademark protections. 

Can I feature Süpamanager® in content (e.g., videos, blogs)? 

Yes – non-commercial usage such as reviews, photos, and unmonetised game sessions is allowed, provided the Süpamanager® trademark is credited and content does not misrepresent the brand.
